The Fulton County Tobacco Use Prevention Program; and ATOD education. At-risk youth ages 9-18: 1) develop personal and interpersonal skills relating to tobacco, alcohol and illegal drug use, in turn, reducing the use of tobacco, alcohol and illegal drug use at all levels; 2) develop appropriate attitudes toward tobacco, alcohol and drugs; and 3) Increases the knowledge of the negative consequences of tobacco, alcohol and drugs and emphasize the benefits of a tobacco, alcohol and drug–free lifestyle. Risk/Protective Factors: 30-day use, Age at First Use, Attitude Toward Use (Disapproval of drug use), Attitude Toward Use (Favorable attitudes toward use), Perceived Harm/Risk (Perceived Harm), Perceived Parental Attitudes Toward ATOD Use, Resistance Skills, Life Skills (Decision making skills)
